She retired in 1978. She was the School Nurse at the High School. She was with the Visiting Nurse Assoc. of Holbrook until it went regional. She grew up in Lynn, graduated Lynn Hospital School of Nursing in 1940. She has lived in Holbrook since 1953. WWII US Army Nurse 2nd Lt., Veteran.

Robert was a member of the town's special police force for 30 years. He was a member of the Norfolk Union Lodge of Mason and the Order of the Eastern Star, Braintree. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Fire Fighters Union. Life member of the Holbrook Sportsman Club. Member of the William B. Dalton Post 137 American Legion, Holbrook. He was a past Post Commander, Past County Commander, Past State Vice Commander and Past State Commander of the 40 and 8. He was a WW II US Navy Veteran.

He was a carpenter and foreman for Perini Construction for over 30 years. He worked on many projects such as bridge building and the Mass Turnpike as well as the construction of the Sumner and Callahan Tunnels. Prior to the construction he served for 6 years in the US Army enduring many battles throughout Europe during WWII. He has lived in Raynham since 1997 and previously lived in Randolph, Brockton and Taunton.
