TRISS of Randolph, formerly of Everett, July 29, 2000, Victor C. Beloved husband of Margaret F. (Crowley). Loving father of Richard Triss of Randolph and Dana Marie Grant of East Bridgewater. Mr. Triss, age 83, died at the Hollywell Health Care after a long illness. He was born in Everett where he attended school. Victor lived in Randolph for the last 54 years. He loved woodworking and playing bridge which he often did at the Whipple School in Weymouth and the Norwood Civic Center. During World War II and the Korean War he worked in the Watertown Arsenal making army ordinance. Victor spent most of his working life as a machinist for Hood milk and Northrop Corporation. Mirabito of Hyde Park, Teresa Ezekiel of Halifax and Nancy Castellano of Pembroke. Devoted sister of the late George Burrows and Mary Burrows. She has lived in Pembroke for several years and prior to that she had made her home in Holbrook. She was a retired ticketer for a clothing warehouse. He was a retired Postal Worker for the US Postal Service. He worked at the Randolph Post Office and retired from there after 28 years of service. Retired in just over 10 years ago. John was retired from the Marine and attained the Rank of Sgt. Maj.. He was a member of the First Marine Division Assoc., 7th Service Regiment, Top Three Assoc., Marine Corp League (Cuddy Detachment). John was also a member of the Randolph Lodge of Elks #2130, Crawford VFW Post, Randolph, and the Holbrook Knights of Columbus #5046.
