FISHER, William J. Jr., of Davenport, FL. formerly of Dorchester, Plymouth and West Minister, CA. passed away unexpectedly December 28, 2009 at the age of 71. Son of the late William J. and Mary E. (Norton) Fisher. Devoted brother Barbara Mycroft of Davenport, FL , John fisher of SC , Kathleen Warren Black of Davenport, FL, Arthur Fisher of TX, the late Paul E. Fisher and Jeanne Glass Vogel Managhan. Also survived his dear friends Fred and Vivian Martin of FL , 13 nieces and nephews, and 16 great-nieces and great-nephews. William was born in Boston and has lived in Davenport, FL for the past 5 years. He was a US Navy Veteran who served during the Vietnam Era. He was a life member of VFW Post # 2578,Hyannis and American Legion Post # 188, Sandwich. Retired from Hughs Aircraft, GMC, RAYTHEON in CA. Reposing at the Cartwright Funeral Home, 69 So. Franklin Street, Holbrook until 8:00 Am Thursday followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:00 AM in St. Joseph Church, Holbrook. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hour Wednesday from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. Burial in Union Cemetery, Holbrook.
