BASSILA, BASSILA, Elias “Louie” of Holbrook formerly of Randolph passed away January 8, 2010 at the age of 87. Husband of the late Naja (Haidamous) Bassila. Loving father of Nicholas Bassila and his wife Lynne of Salem, Michael Bassila and his wife Monica of Randolph and Ferial “Michelle” Lemire and her husband Jim of Holbrook. Dear grandfather of Rebecca Bassila, Nicole O’Brien and her husband Brendan, Marcelle Milbury and her husband Sans, Mireille Bassila, Monique Bassila, LCpl. Elias Bassila USMC and his wife Alexis, Jamey Lemire and his wife Kelly, Jessica Lemire, Jaclyn Lemire and Ashley Lemire. Also survived by a brother and two sisters in Lebanon and 7great grandchildren. “Louie” enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren and gardening. Reposing at the Cartwright Funeral Home, 419 N. Main St., Randolph. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation period Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon in the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass at 12:10 PM in St. St. Mary Church, Randolph.
