MILES, William F. “Bill”, life long resident of Holbrook, passed away from injuries sustained in accident, June 1, 2010 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of 61 years to Phyllis E. (Harvey) Miles. Loving father of Shelley E. Miles and her fiancé Frank DeAngelis of Hingham and Wendie A. Miles of Quincy. Brother of the late Carl E. Miles, Charlotte Gatanti and Richard J. Miles. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Bill was born in Holbrook, has lived there all his life and attended Holbrook Public Schools. He was the owner and operator of “Holbrook Auto Body” for over 30 years retiring about 25 years ago. He was a Charter member of the Randolph Lodge of Elks, #2130, Randolph, former member of the Polish White Eagles, Brockton. His favorite pass time was his yard, gardening and mowing the lawn. Bill was also a WWII US Army Veteran. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend funeral services Friday at 12 Noon in the Cartwright Funeral Home, 69 So. Franklin St., (Rte. 37) Holbrook. There will be calling hours Friday morning from 10:30 AM to 12 Noon in the funeral home. Burial in Blue hill Cemetery, Braintree.
