PEASE, Robert E. “Bob” lifelong resident of Brockton passed away August 1, 2012 at the age of 76. Former husband of the late Joan F. (Arnold) Black. Loving father of Robert E. Pease, Jr. of Taunton, Michael Pease and his wife Carolyn of ME., Patricia Skidmore and her loving companion Bruce Metallic of Taunton, and Steven P. Pease of New Bedford. Dear nephew of Marguerite Pease of Brockton. Devoted brother of Thomas Pease of Halifax, George Pease of Middleboro, Helen Elliot of Whitman, the late Richard Pease and Judith Will. Also survived by 9 grandchildren , 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Bob was born in Brockton where he grew up and was educated. He was a machinist at Boston Gear Works where he had worked for 32 years. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed bowling and was a devoted Red Sox Fan. For the past 36 years he was a friend of Bill W. His greatest joy spending time with his family, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday at 10:00 AM in the Cartwright Funeral Home, 68 So. Franklin St.,(Rte. 37), Holbrook MA. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Vising hour will be Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM in the funeral home. Burial will take place in Union Cemetery, Holbrook. Should friends desire memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Edwina Martin House, 678 North Main Street
